The Documentary
A promise 60 years in the making
One woman promised herself she would visit all 50 U.S. states by age 60.
This film follows the final leg of that journey with three women who have shaped American infrastructure, policy, and industry.
Filmed during America's 250th anniversary. Summer 2026.

Selika Josiah Talbott's mother dreamt of visiting all 50 states before she passed. When she couldn't, Selika set a goal to achieve her mother's dream on her own timeline: visit all 50 U.S. states before turning 60.
This documentary captures the final two states, North Dakota and South Dakota, traveled with two other women whose careers span federal policy, clean energy, and operational leadership.
"America was built by people whose names rarely make the monuments. This film is about the women building things that last."

Why Now
Three cultural forces converging in one film.
America's 250th Anniversary
Brands are already building campaigns around the United States' semiquincentennial. This film offers an authentic, documentary-driven way in, not manufactured for a marketing calendar, but timed to a moment that gives it gravity.
The Authentcity Shift
In an era of AI-generated content and influencer skepticism, audiences are seeking what brands cannot manufacture: a real story, real women, a real promise kept. No scripts. No algorithms. No second takes on sincerity.
Women 40+ are Underserved
Women 40 to 65 control the majority of household spending, drive 80% of travel decisions, and are the fastest-growing segment in experiential spending. They are also the group that feels least represented in advertising. This film speaks directly to them.
The Audience
The demographic brands want but rarely reach authentically.
The primary audience for Fifty by 60 is professional women ages 40 to 65. She has built a career. She has resources. She is not looking for permission or inspiration from 25-year-olds on social media. She is looking for stories that reflect where she actually is.
She reaches this film through three professional networks spanning infrastructure, policy, technology, and operations. She watches documentary content on streaming platforms. She shares stories that validate the long game.
This audience does not respond to influencer marketing. She trusts recommendations from peers and stories from people with credentials. The cast delivers exactly that.
